Terms of Extended coverage:
Repair at the discretion of the supplier and Elite Custom Designz Ltd. of the warranted parts with or of like kind and quality specifications of the original product. The coverage Includes any in-house labor cost and part. Cannot be bought after MUST be purchased together with your ride-on car.
Warranty period coverage:
The extended warranty covers an additional 9 months warranty as specified by the policy. The extended warranty commences the day after the expiration of the manufacturer’s warranty from vehicles purchased from us. Which in total will provide you with 1 Year Warranty.
What is covered:
The extended warranty like the manufacturer warranty covers; Original motors, Original wiring, Original Battery and motherboard. Should it be found that they have been changed and are not original any and all repairs will be at the customers expense and warranty will not cover it. Should it be found it is customer damage then warranty will not cover it. For electric ride on cars. Shipping is at customers expense for any and all replacement parts. We do not cover shipping.
What is not covered by extended warranty:
Just like manufacturer warranty the extended warranty does not cover any: Scratches, dents, dings, or any physical damage due to wear and tear and water damage.
It does not cover any: Loss, theft, improper assembly (damage due to not following instructions properly), any modifications made to the ride on, or intentional damage
Lastly, it does not cover the delivery of product to and from the customer. It does not cover customer damage. It is the customers responsibility to bring the ride-on in for any and all repairs and for pick up once repaired. Shipping of the product is not covered by Elite Custom Designz Ltd. Customer is required to pay for shipping of any and all parts.
Process to file a claim:
Should you haver any issues and need to file a claim please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. The email must include a copy of your original invoice for the product purchased from us along with the extended warranty. We will request photos and videos of the damaged product to help assess the repair needed so the supplier will know exactly what is going on. We will then supply all information to our supplier. We will then provide you with the designated supplier for you to be in contact with. If you do not provide us with the above then repairs will be at customers expense. It is the customers responsibility to keep all records of transactions. You the customer will be responsible for the delivery of the product to the facility of repair in order to have it repaired and responsible for pick up once repairs have been completed.
Shipping costs are at the customers expense for all replacement parts.
